Bones is a fully equipped production studio specializing in motion capture and all-purpose character animation. As one of the biggest performance capture studios in Europe we work on many AAA games (we co-produce most of the Polish big titles!) and various cinematic productions.

Job description

You are going to be responsible for the integration of all new motion capture gear that arrives to the Studio as well as for the development and maintenance of the existing equipment including both hardware and software parts. Your day-to-day duties are going to be:

  • Developing in-house software pipeline for motion capture session management
  • Developing in-house remote motion capture solution (lag-free video transmission/streaming/synchronization)
  • Designing/purchasing new pieces of hardware and modifying existing ones
  • Studio computers maintenance
  • Problem solving for various IT-related issues
  • Administrating studio’s server and its services


  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Minimum 2-year experience on a similar position
  •  Deep knowledge of: Python and C# programming, Linux and Windows administration
  • Some basic knowledge of: 3D graphics programming, Unity and Unreal engine, computer networks and devops related issues, web programming
  •  Good communication skills including fluent Polish and English
